About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager - QLD, the primary responsibility of this role is to provide leadership and supervision to our maintenance team at our Nebo workshop. You will ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations and be the contact for our on-site work teams.

While you may not be degree qualified, you will know what it is like to be on the workshop floor. Our preferred candidate will be a diesel fitter who has made their way up through the ranks to a management role. Suitable candidates with experience working on large mobile earthmoving equipment, especially CAT, would be encouraged to apply. You will need excellent time management skills as it expected that you will spend as much time on the workshop floor as you will in the office.

Strong communication skills are a must as you will be dealing with a variety of stakeholders including our work teams, clients and National Group management.
