For this position, working for a local government department, you will be bringing your strong administration and communication skills to a dynamic, highly productive team.

The role is for an ASAP start. Monday to Friday/ 8:30am - 5pm/ Duration end 2 July 2021

About the role:

Provide high level administration and assistance to the Safety Advisor - Data entry, updating policies/procedure documentation, creating PowerPoint Presentations, arranging/booking toolbox meetings, customer service, and general administration

About you:

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Cert III in Business Administration or higher preference
  • High level administration experience
  • Understanding of WHS or worked in this capacity would be ideal
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint a bonus
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Team player
